Victim Dies After Brawl In Mission Viejo
The suspect, 25-year-old Jesse Torres of Mission Viejo, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

MISSION VIEJO, CA -- A 19-year-old man in a vegetative state from a head injury suffered during a brawl at a large party in a Mission Viejo apartment complex has died at a hospital, a sheriff's department spokesperson said Saturday.
Noah Finnegan of Laguna Niguel died at 10:32 p.m. Thursday at Mission Hospital, said Carrie Braun of the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
Multiple callers reported a fight a little after 1 a.m. Thursday in the 27000 block of Camden, the Orange County Sheriff's Department said.

The suspect, 25-year-old Jesse Torres of Mission Viejo, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after the brawl, but the Orange County District Attorney's Office charged him with murder on Friday, with a sentencing enhancement that he personally used a knife in the fight, the Orange County Register reported.
Torres was being held in lieu of $1 million bail at the Men's Central Jail in Santa Ana.
