World's Top Wheelchair Tennis Players to Compete in Mission Viejo

They're coming to town Nov. 5-9.

From the city of Mission Viejo:

The top 36 wheelchair tennis players on the planet will converge on Mission Viejo to compete in the 2014 UNIQLO Wheelchair Doubles Masters Nov. 5-9. This is the second straight year the event will be held at the city’s Marguerite Tennis Pavilion.

The top eight men’s doubles pairings, top six women’s doubles pairings and the top four quad doubles pairings make up the field for the year-end championship for the world’s leading wheelchair doubles players, the International Tennis Federation announced today.

Roland Garros champions Joachim Gerard of Belgium and Stephane Houdet of France head the entries for the men’s doubles. Reigning champions Yui Kamiji of Japan and Jordanne Whiley of Great Britain, the winners of all four Grand Slam titles this year, head the entries for the women’s doubles and US Open champions and seven-time Doubles Masters champions Nick Taylor and David Wagner of USA lead the entries for the quad doubles.
