This unique live Zoom course combines:

This is NOT an exercise class. It's a practical, step-by-step program designed to help adults maintain independence and feel more confident in everyday life. Enrollment is limited so that participants can receive individualized attention, coaching, and feedback during the live Zoom sessions.
