The Monrovia Department of Community Services invites you to experience the "Haunts and Howls" Annual Halloween Costume & Pumpkin Carving Contest! The costume contest begins at 3:00 p.m. and the pumpkin carving contest begins at 5:00 p.m. The event is sponsored by Eric and Terri Mozilo, Sierra Autocars, London Gastropub, Athens, Mile High Karate and the City of Hope. Come and see all the "gouls and boys" in a parade of amazing costumes! In the event of rain, the event will take place at the Monrovia Community Center, 119 W. Palm Avenue.
