This is the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden's Halloween festivity. It features activities for children ages 10 and younger that include arts and crafts, gardening activities and demonstrations, games, face painting, photo opportunities "and lots of tricks and treats!" Children dressed in costume receive special prizes.
