MHS Video Production Film Festival

It's time for our tenth annual film festival!
The evening will feature selected student works produced during this school year. We will be presenting under the auspices of an Academy Award theme, so dust off your tux if you've got one! The Festival will be preceded by Hollywood-style red carpet activities, but participation is not required. The lights go down and the show begins at 6:30pm sharp, so plan accordingly.

Admission is always free, but we accept donations for the program.  This year, all donations will go toward supporting Scott Card and Jalen Mason's trip to participate in the National level of the SkillsUSA competition.  SkillsUSA is a forum for students all over the country to compete against one another in different vocational categories.  Scott and Jalen will be representing MHS in Kansas City in June by competing in the Video Production category.  Your donations will help pay for trip expenses.

Also significant to this year's Film Festival is the introduction of a "Best Feature" competition.  Ballots will be distributed during the presentation and viewers will be able to vote on their favorite piece from the night.
