On Saturday, October 22^nd is SET for LIFE's Zumba Fitness Dance event at the Northview Gym in Duarte. Come join the Dynamic Duo Maria Telleria and Stephanie Dillard, as they teach you the step by step moves of this fitness craze.

This is the third and final class in SET for LIFE's 2011 Zumba Fitness series. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month participants will wear matching shirts “Fight Like a Girl” partial proceeds will go to the many programs including FREE Mammograms sponsored at the Free annual Healthy Living for LIFE Health Expo.  Zumba Fitness is for people of all ages and physical ability. There will be raffles, door prizes, and games. Vendors will be on hand to help you kick-off your Christmas shopping.

Northview Gym is located at 1401 Highland Ave, in Duarte and the event is from 10:00am – 11:30. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. This event supports SET for LIFE’s annual educational event where dozens of professionals gather under one roof to educate seniors and their families with FREE screenings including Free Mammograms. SET for LIFE is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information and education to help seniors and their families’ live better and informed lives.
