Sara Howard, Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications for Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley will speak on a recent federal budget bill that would deny millions of women access to affordable contraception, life-saving cancer screenings and testing for sexually transmitted diseases while also cutting nutritional support for millions of newborn babies in struggling families.
