This two hour seminar will be taught by Alek Lo, a Professional Muay Thai Fighter, and Rudy Martinez, a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The seminar will go over awareness, punches, kicks, escapes, equalizers, and much more. EmGUARDA Monrovia is the San Gabriel Valleys (SGV) premier school for Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Strength and Conditioning, and all around fitness.
