Suspects caught on video casing/staking out a local establishment, grabbing and walking out with a purse at Gem City Grill Friday night after midnight. While the suspects do not appear to be regulars, employees from T Philips (also present at Gem) recognized them from their business Friday night as well. Both mid-20s -- White/Hispanic 5’7” fit build, brown short hair 1” buzz, parted on the side – gauged errings the size of a nickel –wearing white t-shirt that said Diamond on the front, tan skinny jeans and van type tennis shoes; large watch. His partner – 5’10” white/Hispanic, orange/rust t-shirt and black rimmed glasses.
