Man Suffers Accidental Gunshot Wound In Monrovia

A man suffered the gunshot wound early Wednesday morning.

MONROVIA, CA — One person suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound Wednesday in Monrovia that authorities said was accidental.

A man suffered the gunshot wound around 12:18 a.m. on the 2500 block of Peck Road, according to a spokesperson from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

No information was immediately available on the victim's condition or if he was transported to the hospital, the sheriff's department said.
