Stress and Pain Management with David Ibrahim, Yoga and Meditation Therapist and Addiction Counselor

Four Week Free Training

Saturdays, October 4, 11,18, 25
Monrovia Community Center—Monroe Room
1:00 pm—2:00 pm

Learn how to manage stress, pain and aggression through mindfulness, movement, ancient visualization techniques and breath-work.

In this training you will learn about:

  • Yoga basics of breath, meditation and visualization
  • Mind philosophy of yoga

This training is open to men and women who have served in the U.S. Military and is a grant funded program through the Monrovia Public Library and Cal Humanities.
