The Gold Line to Monrovia is nearly 50 percent complete. What does the city plan to do with the site adjacent to it such as the old Santa Fe Depot. I suggest Friends of Monrovia Library having an store outlet there to provide books for computers. What is also needed is a room to store bicycles at no cost. Any other suggestions?
