What is happening with Monrovia's Hillsides? Last I'd heard was Mayor Lutz was giving away,the Hillsides Monrovia voted on TO PRESERVE to Judy Chu. Where was this ever advertised&how is this legal.Mr.Adams stated Ms.Chu has not responded back to the council. Mayor Lutz made a huge mistake. Has this mistake been corrected.
