The City of Monrovia encourages residents and business owners to participate in the Art in Public Places logo contest.

The deadline for the design submission has been extended to October 1.
The contest winner will receive $500. This logo should reflect the culture, values and characteristics of Monrovia. For a complete list of the contest guidelines and design specifics, visit cityofmonrovia.org/logo.

Established in 2004, Art in Public Places supports the creation of public art through a variety of programs and projects. The program extends the reach of public art into the community by sponsoring the artists to paint utility boxes, murals, Samson the Bear statues and more.
