Over the past year I wrote in about one of our trainers at Foothill Gym, John Heart. He won the title of All Natural Mr. America in New York last year and again this year in New Jersey. Well he is competing in the World Bodybuilding Championships in Mass. on November 9. This is for the Mr. World title. He is representing the United States and Foothill Gym in Monrovia. We are very proud of him. On Oct 6, from 1 to 5 we are offering a cpr certification w/AED training workshop at Foothill Gym. This is a 2 yr certification for infant, child and adult cpr. The cost is 25.00 if paid before Sept 28. After that the fee is 55. which is still very reasonable for a 2 yr. cert. The proceeds will go to sponsor John in the competition.
