Best Brunch Restaurants In CA: OpenTable's 2018 List

CALIFORNIA – With Mother's Day this weekend, OpenTable recently released its "100 Best Brunch Restaurants in America" list, and a number of restaurants in California made the cut. In fact, the Golden State came out on top with 19 winning restaurants, followed by New York with 15, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania with nine each, and Illinois with eight.

"Mother's Day is the single busiest day of the year for group dining," Caroline Potter, OpenTable's chief dining officer, said in a statement. "With family-friendly dining times and inventive menus, a celebratory brunch at any of this year's winning restaurants makes honoring the mom in your life easy – and delicious."

OpenTable, an online restaurant reservation system, compiled its list based on more than 12 million reviews submitted on the site for over 45,000 restaurants in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Restaurants in 24 states and Washington, D.C. landed on the annual list.
