Monrovia has always had water that was a little white, but as of late, it has been really white and takes sme time to clear. It's not just the water from the kitchen faucet anymore, I've noticed it in the toilet, shower, from the water hose, even from the faucets at the cemetery. Has anyone else taken notice?
