Teen Killed In Monrovia Shooting ID'd
Oscar Garcia, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another teen was also critically injured in that shooting.

MONROVIA, CA -- An 18-year-old man who was killed in a shooting in Monrovia that also left a male juvenile in critical condition was identified Sunday by the coroner's office.
The shooting occurred at 11:36 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of West Cypress Avenue, according to Monrovia police.
Officers responding to a shots fired call found both victims with gunshot wounds to the torso.

Oscar Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene and the juvenile was transported to a hospital.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remained under investigation by Monrovia police and Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies.
