Is anyone else bothered by the fact that we have two new vape stores coming to town within a mile of each other? I noticed one in the Pavillions shopping center and in the same day realized that another one is coming soon right down the street in the Rigo's center on Mayflower/Foothill. I remember all the complaints that were made when a smoke shop came to downtown Monrovia, but somehow everyone is OK with these? Or is vape too new that not enough people realize what it is? Just wondered if anyone is bothered by this.
