Video: Mayor Lutz on Monrovia's Environmental Programs

Monrovia Mayor Mary Ann Lutz discussed the city's environmental accords earlier this month when she was interviewed by a South Coast Air Quality Management District web show.

Lutz said the city has gradually been looking to replace its fleet of vehicles with more energy-efficient models in it's largest effort to improve local air quality. The city's pursuit of the along the coming Gold Line Foothill Extension project also fits in the city's environmental strategy, she said.

Lutz, who sits on the LA Regional Water Quality Control Board, watershed and the future of local stormwater cleanup efforts.
