Shelter Hope Pet Shop and Janss Marketplace will host a Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume contest on Saturday October 26th from noon til 3pm, in conjunction with the Kids Fun Zone. Festivities will take place in front of Toys R Us, and best costumes will win prizes, compliments of Shelter Hope Pet Shop, including tickets to Janss Marketplace's Halloween Haunt!!!
