MOORPARK, CA — Free instruction in self-defense techniques will be available for community members later this month, the Chamber of Commerce annouced.
Moorpark Karate & Krav Maga will host a free self-defense seminar from 7 to 7:45 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16 at 252 W. Los Angeles Ave., Unit H.
Instructors will teach practical self-defense techniques to help participants build confidence and preparedness, organizers said.
The seminar is open to beginners and those seeking to develop their skills.
