What Saturday's Band Jam at the lacked in quantity, it made up for in quality—and volume.
Performing were Disconnected Dimensions, The Siren Sons, Mark Cross Band and Iron Giant. Music ranged from acoustic sets to songs that had singers writhing on the ground. And though the crowd wasn't huge, from what we could tell, all the participants had a great time.
If you're a musician or just a music lover and you missed the event, don't fret. The recreation center is hosting a battle of the bands starting next month.
