Seriously - what could be better than avocados, California wine and hand-crafted treasures on the beach? Throw in a spectacular fall day - and it's seriously the California lifestyle at its very best.
Here's a brief re-cap of the weekend's Avocado Festival up in Carpinteria. This was their 25th year!
The Diva met up with two central Cali coast growers and got some AMAZING, rare and unique avocados that she shipped out to her "Diva Club" (avocados each month). Things like Gwen (smokey flavor!), Reed (round, baseballs of green yumminess), a HUGE Daley, and of course - premium, late season Lamb.
