Blog Post: Bacon and Eggs With No Meat?!

Mouth watering Bacon and eggs - with no meat - how? With a Bacon Avocado!

This is the easiest recipe ever. Loads of non-meat protien too!

INGREDIENTS:

1 large Bacon variety avocado
4 eggs
1 teaspoon avocado oil 
1 teaspoon Diva's Guacamole Spices

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet (as always, you can use EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) if you aren't lucky enough to have avocado oil.
  2. Cut the Bacon avocado in half, and carefully de-pit. Then take a slice from the avocado - so that it has a nice hole in it - a nice thick slice with a pit-hole to put the egg inside of. Peel skin off also. 
  3. Sprinkle the avocado slice with a pinch of the guacamole spices and slide into the pan with the heated oil. 
  4. Immediately crack the egg into the pit-hole of the avocado and let it fry. 
  5. Sprinkle with a bit more guacamole spices. 
  6. When its fried, carefully flip over and fry the other side for another minute or two. Sprinkle with a bit more guacamole spices (salt, garlic, cilantro, + 13 other herbs and spices).
