Check out this AMAZING comparison of the fat, calories and nutrients of avocados and traditional holiday goodies (butter, dips, cheese, mayo). GREAT NEWS!

Did you know that a spread of avocado has 1/4 the calories of butter?! Or a dip made with avocado has 10% to 50% less calories than one made with sour cream or mayonaise?! 

Check out how much less calories 3 (thin) slices of avocado on a sandwich is when comparied with a slice of cheese! (see chart please).
