Make "Rock"amole With Santana Avocados

There is a pretty rare avocado variety that has been seen at the Moorpark Farmer's Market in the past few weeks.

It's called a Santana and it has a very light, smooth flesh as well as a smooth skin. By the way, Carlos Santana is also smooth. And he and Rob Thomas wrote the #1 song "Smooth." Coincidence? I think not.
