National Guacamole Day is Saturday

You almost CAN'T be a "real" Californian and NOT like guacamole. Everybody I know has a favorite guacamole recipe - and I would love to hear yours! 

As the Avocado Diva - my guacamole is based on the "right KIND" of avocado. I know most people only know about Hass - but there are hundreds of kinds of avocados out there. In my humble opinion (ha!) - the BEST kind of avocado for a guacamole is

• Bacon

Why? 

1. You can get these in different seasons - so you can eat fresh guacamole all year long.
2. They are super creamy avocados that make a great, smooth saucey finish.
3. They are full of delicious, nutricious vegetable fat (the best kind!)
