The City of Moorpark has announced that in addition to an already dark City Council this month, two other city organizations have cancelled upcoming meetings. The Community Economic Development Committee has cancelled its Aug. 17 meeting. Its next meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Sept. 21 in the Community Development Services conference room at the Civic Center, 799 Moorpark Ave.   Also, the Planning Commission has cancelled its regular meeting scheduled for Aug. 23. The Commission is planning to next meet at 7 p.m. Sept. 27 in the Council chambers.
