City Council to Consider Residential Development
The Council will also discuss teen council and library board appointments.
The Moorpark City Council will meet at early today to accommodate a special meeting scheduled at 6:30 p.m.
During the special meeting, the Council will discuss unmet requirments of the identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan it adopted in June.
On the agenda for the regular meeting is consideration of approval of a Canterbury Lane housing development (on the south side of Los Angeles Avenue, east and south of Fremont Street).

As well, the Council will hear from applicants for the Library Board and consider appointments for Teen Council.
Finally, the Council will consider a resolution adopting fund balance policies as required by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board and a resolution adopting an operating and capital improvements budget for the 2011/2012 fiscal year.
