City Seeks Teen Council Applicants
The council assists in planning and implementing teen recreation programs.

The city of Moorpark is seeking applicants for its teen council.
The council, which consists of between seven and 15 members, meets one or twice a month beginning in September to help plan and implement teen programs and activities hosted by the city.
One representative from each grade level from seventh to 12th grade will be appointed. Remaining members will be at large with special attention given to ensure all middle schools and high schools have some representation on the the council. Council members are generally limited to serving no more than three years.

In order to apply, get an application from City Hall, the Arroyo Vista Recreation Center, any of the high schools and junior highs or from the city of Moorpark website. In order to be considered for the appointment, applications must be turned in to city hall no later than 5 p.m. May 4.
