Council to Hold Special Meeting
The only item on the presentation/action/discussion portion of the agenda is the scheduling of future meetings.

The Moorpark City Council has scheduled a special meeting for 6:30 p.m. tonight and the agenda shows the main topic for discussion will be scheduling future meetings.
Though a number of items appear on the Council's consent calendar—everything from the regular approval of the last meeting's minutes to considering requests from the Roam'n Relics Car Club for its annual car show—and anticipated litigation and city employee performance evaluation is scheduled for closed session discussion, the only item on the presentation/action/discussion section of the agenda is the rescheduling.
The Redevelopment Agency, made up of city council members, will also meet. The only item on the presentation/action/discussion portion of its agenda is in regards to adopting an enforceable obligations payment schedule, which is a requirement of cities not opting in on a voluntary redevelopment agency program, per a redevelopment agencies Dissolution Act passed earlier this year as part of the state's 2011-2012 budget. Find the city manager's report on the item on the City of Moorpark website.

Note it is likely the public portion of the meetings will not begin until 7 p.m., as city staff members have recommended closed session items be discussed prior to the public portions of the meetings.
