In these days of major budget cuts, the fine arts have taken a backseat to many other programs. The 12th District PTA believes that art is important to building a well-rounded child.
Art in the Park will feature a kickoff rally, supplies for students to create a visual arts project for the National PTA Reflections program, advice on how to film a successful video or dance project and photography tips.
