Moorpark High school's Musical Show Production Class is proud to present a brand new original musical: "The Magic Ends at Midnight". With producer, Gillian Modlin, and director, Katie Luke, the audience is bound for a night full of singing and dancing! When a lively bunch of teenagers, fresh from their 8th grade promotion, take a trip to Walty World, they learn that things are not what they seem. After jumping off a Walty World ride to try and stay longer, they encounter Captain Donahue, played by Hunter Wells. He is a vicious, blood thirsty pirate with a wimpy crew of scone baking lasses, who joins the kids as they venture through Walty World and uncover a secret conspiracy plot. Walty World princesses have been kidnapped and evil dolls are lurking around the corner; the kids feel like it's their duty to save the characters from the schemes of the evil villainess responsible for this mayhem. Will they live happily ever after, or will their luck end when the clock strikes? Find out at "The Magic Ends at Midnight" at the Moorpark High School's Performing Arts Center. This show, featuring lively choreography to original compositions, vibrant costumes to upbeat songs, and enough comedy and adventure to keep anyone on the edge of their seat, will run on January 13th and 14th at 7 PM. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors, and will be available at the door. Come see the premiere of "The Magic Ends at Midnight!"
