The City of Moorpark celebrated the arts Sunday with a festival on High Street and at the .

Arts and crafts, music, fine art and sculptures were all part of the event, as was a special, multicultural celebration at the city library. Mariachi and magician performers Rafael and Katia and stories in Chinese and Tamil were part of the library's .
