The Moorpark
Friends of the Library is having its annual summer book sale from Saturday
June 28 through Wednesday July 9. The first day (Saturday) will be in the
library parking lot and on the porch and will feature our broadest selection.
The parking lot sale starts at 10 AM and goes to 4 PM with a ton of hardcover and paperback fiction in all genres, plus a broad selection of non-fiction and children's books. All gently used of course, but some look almost
new. After Saturday the sale will continue on the library front porch during regular library business hours
Our pricing will be the same as in past sales: $4 per bag for non-members and $3 per bag for members of the Friends, both of which are fantastic bargains. If you would like to join the Friends to take advantage of members' pricing, we'll have applications at the sale. As always, you can buy as many bags as you'd like, and stuff the bags with as many books as the bag(s) will hold. Some of our regular customers have become real experts at bag-stuffing! All proceeds are donated back to the Library.
If you have any questions or would like more information, just send me an email or give me a call, and I'll be happy to help.
We look forward to seeing you at the sale!
Best Regards,
Mike Fenerin
