Employment law firm LightGabler is presenting a free employment law seminar, "The 2017 Employment Law Update."

Employment law firm LightGabler is presenting a free employment law seminar, “The More Things Change, The More Things Stay The Same: The 2017 Employment Law Update.” The seminar will be held Tuesday, January 10 in Oxnard, Tuesday and Tuesday, January 24 in Simi Valley.

LightGabler employment law attorney Karen L. Gabler will be the speaker. She will discuss how new 2017 employment laws will impact businesses and will provide key employment tips arising out of cases and administrative matters decided in 2016. The objective of the seminars is to show employers, supervisors and human resource professionals how to protect the workplace from costly employment disputes and administrative audits.

The Oxnard seminar will be held at the Courtyard Marriott Oxnard (600 East Esplanade Dr., Oxnard). The Simi Valley seminar will take place at the Best Western Posada Royale Hotel (1775 Madera Rd., Simi Valley). All seminars are from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. A continental breakfast will be served.
