Meet A Couple Of “Amazings” Who Celebrate 71 Years Of Marriage
Juanita and Owen Henning, both at 89 years young, have been married for 71 years.
Juanita and Owen Henning, both at 89 years young, have celebrated 71 years of marriage together! Both originally from a small town (population 400) in Iowa, they met in high school, and married soon after. Owen worked first for his dad’s construction company. He later sold grain-handling systems for farms while Juanita raised their two children.
After Owen’s retirement, they traveled abroad, and finally settled in Florida where they continue to enjoy the fruits of working through those 71 years, never losing sight of why they got married in the first place. Congratulations.
