Meet Two “Amazings” Who Prove That Love Never Dies

KT Robbins, 97, a WWII Vet, happened to mention that in 1944, fighting in France, he'd met and fallen in love with a French girl.

KT Robbins, 97, a WWII Vet who took part in a segment filmed for French TV commemorating the 75th anniversary of D-Day, happened to mention that way back when, in 1944, fighting in France, he’d met and fallen in love with a French girl. He wondered what had become of her, never thinking he’d find out. But guess what? The reporter who interviewed KT found the girl, Jeannine Pierson, now 91, alive and remembering well her American heartthrob.

KT and Jeannine were reunited, to their mutual delight, even though it was but for a short time. The pair had both married and had families, KT in America, Jeannine in France, yet they never lost that special feeling they had for one another. Ah, l’amour!
