Moorpark City Extends Eviction Moratorium
City of Moorpark has extended its moratorium on evictions of both residential and commercial tenants until June 30.

The City of Moorpark has extended its moratorium on evictions of both residential and commercial tenants due to nonpayment of rent caused by COVID-19 through at least June 30. While tenants will still ultimately be responsible for paying any rent, they will have additional time to make rent payments as a result of the moratorium. Multiple Moorpark businesses have relied on the moratorium to prevent eviction proceedings over the past several months. The original moratorium ran through May 31.
