Moorpark Women's Fortnightly Club 2014 Student Art Fair

           The Moorpark Women's Fortnightly Club is once again

hosting their Annual Student Art Fair. It will be held on Wednesday March 12th
from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. in the Peach Hill Academy's multipurpose room, 13400
Christian Barrett Drive, Moorpark.

          The fair is open to students in kindergarten through grade 12. This year we are happy to have all eleven Moorpark public schools participating.  

          Participants'
artwork will be in several mediums, including construction paper collages,
watercolors, oils, chalk renderings and photography.

          First, second and third place ribbons will be awarded to each participating school's grade levels. One best in show and some monetary scholarships will be awarded.

         Judges
for the event are Carolyn Finley, Carolyn Lawson and Melba Kistner.

         All
first place winners will  move onto the
Tierra Adorada District Federation of Women's Clubs regional Fine Art Show on

March 25 in Goleta. Entrants will compete against other schools in Ventura,

Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.
