Northridge Crash Critically Injures 2
The crash at 8245 Balboa Blvd., south of Roscoe Boulevard, was reported about 4 p.m., according to fire officials.

At least three people were injured today, two of them critically, in a two-vehicle crash in Northridge, authorities said.
The crash was reported about 4 p.m. at 8245 Balboa Blvd., just south of
Roscoe Boulevard, according to Los Angeles fire spokesman Brian Humphrey.
According to Humphrey, the crash left four people injured, two of those critically.

However, Los Angeles police Sgt. William Kelly of Valley Traffic Division said
his preliminary information was that three people were hurt in the two-car
crash.
"According to the preliminary information I have, one car tried to make
a left hand turn in front of the other vehicle and the there was a serious
crash,'' Kelly said.

Medics took the injured parties to hospitals by ambulances, fire officials said.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
