You scream; I scream; We all scream for ice cream—or, at least we all got to listen to stories about ice cream at the Moorpark City Library Thursday night at the weekly PJ storytime.
Children's librarian Meg Thackoorie—or Mrs. T, as she's known to Moorpark's kids—invites a different parent or other adult to be the guest reader each week at the evening event, where kids show up in pajamas as well as regular street clothes.
On Thursday, guest reader Joanne Harrington chose books about ice cream and sharing. She also led the group of seven in a song and conversaiton.
