The Moorpark Planning Commission will meet Tuesday evening to discuss discuss the relocation of an existing tobacco and accessory store. Joshua Wright, owner of DoughMain Smoke Shop, which is currently at unit D-1A of the Campus Plaza Shopping Center, is requesting the planning commission approve a conditional use permit to allow him to move the store to another unit, D-5A, in the same center. The city staff is recommending conditional approval of the permit; however, there will be an opportunity for members of the community to speak on the matter.
