Power Out At Moorpark City Hall: Front Counter Temporarily Closed

Due to Southern California Edison’s Public Safety Power Shutoff, Moorpark City Hall is currently without power. As a result, in-person services are temporarily unavailable.

However, City staff is reachable for service by telephone during our normal business hours, 8:00A - 5:00P, at (805) 517-6200. At that number, we are also still taking appointments for in-person services when the power is restored.
