'The Office' Star to Speak at College's Multicultural Day
The school will host the annual event Wednesday.

Moorpark's 22nd annual Multicultural Day, this year with the theme Dance With the Conflict, is scheduled for Tuesday. Among special guests will be Rainn Wilson, who plays the role of Dwight Schrute on television's The Office.
Wilson plus Kathryn Adams, professor of English and writing at the school and author Holiday Reinhorn will present "Young Women Transforming the Future of Haiti," in which they'll speak about their experiences as volunteers in the country. The presentation will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. in the college's performing arts center. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
The event will feature lectures, performances, exhibits, presentations, demonstrations, panel discussions, storytelling, hands-on activities and more with the intent of fostering knowledge, sensitivity, understanding and appreciation for cultures around the world.
