Cops Seeking Car Possibly Connected To Mountain View Break-In

The vehicle was seen on home surveillance driving up and down the street several times.

Police are looking for a vehicle possibly linked with a burglary in Mountain View last week.

Between 12:20 p.m. and 2:39 p.m. on Aug. 19, the suspect or suspects entered a home in the 1000 block of Cuesta Drive near Fordham Way through a window, police said. Passports, jewelry, electronics and other property were taken from the home, according to police.

A surveillance camera from a neighbor showed a car driving down the street multiple times around the time of the crime, police said.

Witnesses also reported that they saw the vehicle with two males inside near the victim’s home, according to police. The suspect vehicle is described as a gold or silver Honda with tinted windows, police said.
