Cowboy and Jasper need a home (cute Chiuauas welcomed) as well as a full-time job.

Cowboy and Jasper are a couple of homeless pals I met today. I am an experienced Tech professional working in the Silicon Valley.
One conversation with Cowboy and his dog Jasper has taught me so many things. Basically what I realized, is that at any point in time, he and I can switch places, and the world would not notice.
I am not smarter then him. I am not better looking then him. I am just another guy. (Plus he has a dog, the trump card)
My goals are to help Cowboy and Jasper get on the right track. My plan is as follows:
1. Cowboy and Jasper need a place to live. They need to be able to take a shower, to hang up their clothes, to cook some food, and Jasper might need a pet friendly place.
2. Cowboy and Jasper need a JOB. They are both very smart, willing, and able.
Cowboy has background in testing large scale appliances in the medical and/or agricultural field.
He is educated, eloquent, and way too smart to be jobless, let alone homeless. He lives behind a Safeway.

Please help me help Cowboy and Jasper help themselves.
100% of the funds will be non-profit and will go towards the priorities outlined above. First we need to get Cowboy and Jasper a 6-12 months lease in a nice place that is pet friendly. Then we need to hire a development specialist to assist Cowboy and Jasper with his Job Search. We need to buy a nice suit. We need to get them a job. After that, it's all up to them. Our goal is $15,000 but that really only covers about 3 months of the plan. The real goal is closer to $50,000 because this is the Bay Area and cost of living is impossibly high around here.
