Do You Work for One of The 50 Best Companies in America?

For the seventh year in a row, Glassdoor has compiled a list of the best places to work in the United States, as voted on by employees.

Topping the list for the first time is Google. Google has long been known for creating an employee-friendly environment and employees cite a good work-life balance as a contributing factor in their job satisfaction.

Second place belongs to the consulting firm Bain & Company, which has consistently been rated among the top five companies to work for since Glassdoor began compiling their list in 2009.

Rounding up the top five for 2015 are Nestlé Purina PetCare, F5 Networks and Boston Consulting Group.
